                                    Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc.

 Standard 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

2 & 3 year Workmanship Warranty offered
when Customer signs up for a Maintenance Program

This limited warranty does not cover:

 Any work where the Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration Inc. did not supply the product, or materials.

Threadgill's Painting & Restoration, Inc. Does not Warranty Finishes 

on Stripped Deck Wood,

Any work where customer went against recommendation made by Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc. ( Priming, Product, Etc..)

The cost of Product required to perform the repairs.

Repairs to surfaces or any surface that, by virtue of its design permits moisture to collect.

Any repairs which as a result of a defect in the paint/product, regardless of whether the paint was supplied by the Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc., or the customer.

 

Chipping, blistering or peeling where they are caused by:

Bleeding caused by knots, or rust.

Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood from movement or settling.

            Normal wear and tear.

Abnormal use or misuse

Structural defects.

            Settling or movement.

            Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by

             Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc.

             Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, flood, acts    
             of God

             Extreme weather conditions, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or any   other                    similar

             Causes beyond the control of Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc.
Threadgill's does Warranty the Matching old textures spot on.
 


HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:

In the event Contractor (Threadgill’s Painting & Restoration, Inc.) encounters on the job site lead-based paint or any other hazardous material such as, but not limited to, asbestos about which the Contractor has not been notified in writing prior to entering into the Agreement with the Owner, the Contractor shall immediately stop work and shall not be responsible for the testing, removal, disposal or rendering harmless of such material. The Owner agrees to hold the Contractor harmless as to any liability resulting from such material in the event the Contractor has not been notified ahead as aforesaid. Additional costs including overhead and profit, incurred by these conditions shall be reimbursed to the Contractor.

 

                             For this warranty to be valid

          You Must Have a copy of the original contract, and contract was paid in full.

       Warrantee must also be original Homeowner/Customer when work was performed.
